All prices are listed in US dollars. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your payment confirmation.

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx with a flat fee of $12.95. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification once your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs processing or weather conditions.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unused, and unworn condition
• The original packaging is intact with all tags attached
• You include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Due to the personal nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Gift Bag Sets & Gift Bags (once used or removed from original packaging)
• Gift Wrap (cut or used)
• Itty bittys® (opened from original packaging)
• Keepsake Ornaments (personalized or from the Keepsake Ornament Club)
• Candles (once used or burned)

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer team at [email protected] within the 15-day period. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
